Vintage Perfection - Wed 19 February 6.30pm
Learn to create this vintage design with floral additions. You will have extra time before finishing your look to practice with each piping tip before icing your cake!
This cake is a 15cm triple layer vanilla cake with raspberry buttercream between the layers.

Mystery Class! (Cake+Cupcakes)- Wed 19 March 6.30pm
Have some creative fun with a mystery design which will include drips and mini chocolates. You will draw out a colour theme and a second draw of a design eg: rainbow and smooth stripes or maybe pink and monochrome?!?!
This is a 15cm double layer red velvet cake with vanilla buttercream between the layers and 6 chocolate cupcakes with mixed fillings.

Woodland Cake Class - Wed 9 April 6.30pm
Learn to create our Woodland design, piping a tree base with vines and mini flowers, along with these cute Hedgehogs. You will also learn how to make edible moss to add to this design. Mini eggs are included. Lindt bunnies are not included.

Learn to create our Galaxy design on a double layer 20cm blue vanilla cake with oreo buttercream filling
Learn how to marble buttercream, silver dusting chocolates/oreos and applying coloured moss (space moss!). Glittering it all to finish with a some sprinkles of course.

Vertical Lines Cake Class - Wed 25 June 6.30pm
Learn to create vertical lines with your scraper with this triple layer 15cm lemon cake with vanilla buttercream then add piping detailing, some french macarons and artificial flowers*
*flower colours will vary and you can choose your own colour palette on the night

Harry Potter Cake Class - Wed 30 Jul 6.30pm
Learn to pipe stripes in your preferred Hogwarts House Colours in this triple layer 15cm caramel cake with caramel buttercream between the layers.
Add a partial drip, Hogwarts Crest and then learn to pipe Hedwig on top (with a mini cake underneath)
